Cancellations – I do understand that sometimes keeping appointments can be difficult, in order to allow me to try to fill any cancellations please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations are charged as follows:

Over 24 hours notice – no charge

Under 24 hours notice – 50% charge

Under 1 hour notice and missed appointments – full charge
