A few of my favourite recipes and blends:

Thyme, Rosemary and Ginger blended in Grapeseed and Sunflower oil. A lovely warming and soothing blend for muscular aches and pains.

Clary sage, Marjoram sweet and Jasmine blended in Almond sweet oil. This blend has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Bergamot, Chamomile roman and Rose blended in dispensing bath oil. A lovely mix to help with insomnia and sleep problems.

Lemongrass, Lavender and Vetiver blended in Grapeseed oil. Excellent when feeling anxious and exhausted.

Orange sweet, Chamomile roman and Sandalwood blended white lotion. Moisturises and nourishes dry skin.

Clary sage, Petitgrain and Ylang ylang blended in Grapeseed oil and Evening Primrose oil. Makes an excellent massage oil for the body to ease PMT and stress.

Basil, Lavender and Frankincense blended in Almond sweet oil. A lovely massage blend to ease migraines and to support the reproductive system.

Lemongrass, Petitgrain and Jasmine, added to a vapouriser and following the manufacturers instructions – excellent for headaches and fatigue.

Grapefruit, Juniper berry and Patchouli blended in Grapeseed and Sesame oil. A beautiful blend for relaxation, dry skin and fluid retention.

Bergamot, Marjoram sweet and Neroli blended in full fat milk and added to the bath. Soothing and relaxing and eases stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
