Most adults can enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy but there are some health conditions that make it unsuitable. During the initial consultation we will discuss any such conditions and in some instances we may ask for your GPs permission before we begin treatment. Care also needs to be taken with mums-to-be.

Aromatherapy is not intended to replace any medical treatment plan or medication that you are currently taking. It is advisable that you seek advice from your doctor if you are unsure that aromatherapy is safe for you.

Aromatherapy is a wonderfully, supportive treatment that aids relaxation from the world’s stressors, it cannot cure disease or illness but can give you time and space to unwind and reset thus allowing the body to heal.
